Satuvas: signing in, PIN, and working offline
Sign in with your Satupack account, create a 6-digit PIN, approve location access once, and the app opens again without internet.

The Seller Center and the apps are shown in Indonesian. Menu and button names in bold are the exact labels you will see, with the English meaning in brackets where it helps.
Steps
Open the invitation link from the store owner, register, wait for approval, then open Satuvas (satuvas.satupack.com) and Sign in with your Satupack account.
Create a 6-digit PIN and repeat it once. The PIN opens the app on this phone, also without signal. 5 wrong tries = locked for 15 minutes.
Read the Location permission screen and press I understand and agree. This is asked once. The phone position is recorded only while a canvas is running and the app is open.
Add Satuvas to the phone home screen (browser menu > Add to home screen). Open it once with signal so the load data is saved; after that you can open it and sell without internet.
The app locks itself after 10 idle minutes. Tap the person icon then Lock screen to lock it now.
Tips
- Data on the phone is stored encrypted. You can sign out only when every receipt has been sent.
- An owner with both Canvas and Warehouse rights is asked Sign in as Sales or Warehouse.
Common questions
I forgot my PIN.
Contact the store owner. A new PIN is created after you sign out and sign in again on the same phone.
The screen says there is no canvas for you.
The owner has not dispatched a load for you yet. Contact the store manager.
