Printing receipts with a Bluetooth printer
Print receipts straight from pos.satupack.com to a 58 mm or 80 mm Bluetooth thermal printer through Chrome or Edge on Android, Windows, or Mac.

Steps
Printers that work: 58 mm or 80 mm thermal receipt printers that support ESC/POS commands and have a Bluetooth BLE mode (Bluetooth 4.0 or newer, usually advertised as iPhone-compatible). Examples common in Indonesia whose sellers state Bluetooth 4.0 support: Xprinter 58 series (device name usually Printer001), Iware MP-58X, Eppos EP-RPP02, Panda PRJ-58D; also Epson TM-P20/TM-P80 and Star SM-L200. Examples, not a guarantee: models and revisions differ.
What does not work: printers with Bluetooth Classic/SPP only (listed as Bluetooth 2.0 or 3.0, Android only), ordinary inkjet or laser printers, label printers that are not ESC/POS, and mini sticker printers (GB01, MX10) that only print images. From an iPhone or iPad it cannot work at all, because Safari and every iOS browser lack Web Bluetooth; use Cetak struk (AirPrint) or Kirim WhatsApp instead.
Ask the Satupack admin to switch on the Printer Bluetooth function for your shop. The Cetak nota (Bluetooth) button and the Printer Bluetooth (nota) section in Settings then appear.
Connecting on an Android phone (Chrome): turn on the printer and the phone's Bluetooth, open pos.satupack.com in Chrome, sign in as the owner, open Pengaturan (settings) > Printer Bluetooth (nota), tap Pilih printer (choose printer), pick the printer in the list, tap Pair. You do not need to pair it first in the phone's Bluetooth settings.
Connecting on a Windows or Mac laptop (Chrome or Edge): turn on the laptop's Bluetooth and the printer, open pos.satupack.com, Pengaturan > Printer Bluetooth (nota) > Pilih printer, pick the printer in the small window, click Pair. On Windows leave the printer unpaired in Windows Settings; if it is already paired there, remove it first.
Choose the paper width 58 mm (32 characters per line) or 80 mm (48 characters), then press Cetak uji (test print). The test slip shows the shop name, paper size, a digit row as wide as the paper, and a large TOTAL. If digits are cut off on the right, choose the smaller width.
Printing after payment: on the Pembayaran berhasil (payment successful) screen press Cetak nota (Bluetooth). The receipt has the shop header, receipt number, date, cashier, items, discounts, total, payment, change, note, and a thank-you line; the footer note from Settings is printed too.
Reprinting: open Riwayat (history), tap the receipt, then press Cetak nota (Bluetooth). The printer you chose is remembered on that device; if the browser still allows it, the receipt is sent without choosing again. If the printer list appears again, just tap the same printer.
If it fails, read the message: printer out of reach (off, battery empty, too far, or connected to another phone), no printer chosen, printer not compatible, or out of paper (when the printer reports it). The receipt can still be printed with Cetak struk or sent by WhatsApp.
Tips
- Only one device can be connected to the printer at a time. Disconnect it from the other phone (or turn off that phone's Bluetooth) before using it from this device.
- Dual-mode printers (Classic and BLE) usually show the same name for both; pick the one Chrome lists, which is always the BLE mode.
- The printer choice is stored on that device only and holds no customer data. Lupakan printer (forget printer) removes it.
- Receipt text is cleaned to ASCII (accents removed, emoji become question marks) because most cheap printers have no other characters.
- We have not tested every physical printer model; if yours does not work, send the brand and model through Feedback so we can add it.
Common questions
The printer is not in the list?
Make sure the printer is on and not connected to another phone. In Settings press Printer tidak muncul di daftar? Tampilkan semua perangkat Bluetooth (show all devices); if it is still missing, the printer is probably Bluetooth Classic only and cannot be used from the web. On Windows, remove the printer from Windows Bluetooth settings and try again.
Connected but nothing prints, or only blank paper comes out?
Turn the printer off and on, then Cetak uji again. Make sure the thermal roll is loaded with the glossy side facing the print head (scratch it with a nail: the side that turns dark is the printing side). If it stays blank, the printer may not be ESC/POS.
Garbled characters, partial receipt, or cut-off lines?
Choose the right paper width (58 mm = 32 characters, 80 mm = 48 characters) and run a test print. Data is sent in small chunks so cheap printers do not lose data; if it is still cut off, move the printer closer and try again.
Printer battery drains fast or it keeps disconnecting?
Portable printers usually sleep after a few minutes; switch it on again before printing. Charge the battery fully, and for a fixed counter use a mains-powered printer.
Can I print from an iPhone or iPad?
No. Safari and every browser on iOS lack Web Bluetooth. Use Cetak struk through AirPrint, Kirim WhatsApp, or use an Android phone or a laptop with Chrome.
