Buyer rank and shop rank in the app
In the phone app, the Akun tab shows a buyer rank from 12 months of shopping and, for sellers, a shop rank from the last 90 days of performance.

Steps
Open the Satupack phone app and go to the Akun (Account) tab. The Peringkat pembeli (buyer rank) card shows your tier and how much more to spend to move up. Tap the card to see all tiers.
Buyer tiers by shopping value in the last 12 months: Bronze (start), Silver from Rp2,000,000, Gold Rp10,000,000, Platinum Rp30,000,000, and Titanium Rp100,000,000.
Shopping value is the item price after discounts from orders that have arrived or completed (excluding shipping and service fees), minus refunded return money.
Sellers (Seller mode) also see a Peringkat toko (shop rank) card, calculated over the last 90 days: completed orders and the percentage of paid orders that were cancelled.
Shop tiers: Toko Baru (new shop), Power Merchant (10 completed orders, at most 10% cancelled), Pro Advanced (50 orders, 7%), Pro Expert (150 orders, 5%), and Pro Ultimate (400 orders, 3%). Both conditions must be met.
Tips
- The limits are initial values and may change.
- This rank shows in the phone app. The shop score and badges in the Seller Center (see the Shop score guide) are calculated differently.
Common questions
Why did my rank drop?
Shopping value is counted over the last 12 months and reduced by refunded returns. Older orders drop out of the count, and refunded returns lower the value.
