Asking the seller on the product page
Ask about stock, size, or delivery in the Q&A tab on the product page. The seller answers there and you are notified in the Notification center.

Steps
Open the product page and the Q&A tab. Read other people's questions first; answered ones appear at the top.
Sign in, write a question of 5 to 300 characters in the Ask the seller box, then press Send question.
You are notified in the Notification center (bell icon) when the seller answers; the answer appears publicly in the same tab.
Tips
- Do not write phone numbers, links, or social media accounts; such questions are rejected. Use Chat to talk directly.
- Limit of 5 questions per day. Your name is masked in the list.

My question is not answered yet, what should I do?
Sellers answer on their own schedule. For urgent matters, press Chat with the seller on the product page.
