Below every guide there is a thumbs up (Helpful), a thumbs down (Not helpful), and a comment box. The team reads your rating to improve the guide.

Steps
Open a guide in the Help Center and scroll to the bottom, to the box Was this guide helpful?.
Press Helpful (thumbs up) or Not helpful (thumbs down). Your choice is saved right away.
Write a comment if needed and press Send comment. For a thumbs down, tell us what is missing or wrong (for example which step does not match the screen); for a thumbs up the comment can stay empty.
Want to change your rating? Open the same guide and press the other thumb or edit the comment. Each reader has one rating per guide.
Tips
- Comments are limited to 500 characters, without links. Do not write personal data such as phone numbers, passwords, or bank account numbers.
- Guests who are not signed in can still rate; the rating is stored against the browser without keeping your identity. Sign in if you want it to follow you to other devices.
- The line “x of y people found this helpful” appears only once there are at least 5 ratings, so the numbers stay honest.
- Need an answer right away? Comments are read to improve guides and are not answered one by one; contact Customer Care or open a help ticket.
