2-step verification: a code from an authenticator app
Protect shop money: besides your password you enter a 6-digit code from an authenticator app. Required before changing the bank account and withdrawing.

Steps
Install a free authenticator app on your phone (Google Authenticator, Authy, Microsoft Authenticator, or 1Password).
On the website open Pusat Penjual (Seller Center) > Saldo dan penarikan and find the Verifikasi 2 langkah card. In the phone app open Akun > Verifikasi 2 langkah. This card is for shop owners and couriers.
Press Aktifkan verifikasi 2 langkah (turn on). Scan the QR code with the authenticator app. On the phone press Buka di aplikasi autentikator, or type the Kunci rahasia (secret key) by hand and choose “time-based”.
Enter the 6-digit code shown in the authenticator app, then press Aktifkan.
Once active, every new sign-in session is unverified: the bank account and withdrawals stay locked until you enter the code on the same card and press Verifikasi sesi ini (on the phone: Verifikasi).
The Nonaktifkan (turn off) button removes this protection. It is better to keep it on, because a leaked password alone cannot move shop money.
Tips
- The code changes every 30 seconds. If it is refused, make sure the phone clock is set automatically.
- New phone? Turn it on again on the new phone before the old one is sold or reset.
- Lost the phone and cannot enter the code? Contact Customer Care; the team will ask for identity verification and proof of shop ownership.

Your session has not used the 2-step code yet. Open the 2-step verification card, enter the 6-digit code, and try again.
