Inviting Agents with a link
A Partner sends a one-time invitation link by WhatsApp, email, or copy; an Agent who signs up automatically becomes your Agent.

Steps
Open Pusat Penjual > Undang Agen (Partners only) then click Buat tautan undangan (create invitation link).
Fill in Nama atau catatan calon Agen (optional, only you can see it) then click Buat tautan.
Send the link with Kirim lewat WhatsApp, or enter the Alamat email calon Agen (candidate's email) and click Kirim email (a Satupack email with your shop name and a sign-up button), or click Salin tautan (copy link). The link is shown only on this screen; save or send it now.
The candidate opens the link, signs up (or signs in), fills in the shop details, ID photo, and selfie holding the ID, and agrees that you check the ID. The shop goes live immediately as your Agent.
Follow progress in the Daftar undangan table: Menunggu (waiting), Dipakai (used), Kedaluwarsa (expired), or Dibatalkan (cancelled). The three-dot menu has Salin tautan, Kirim ulang lewat WhatsApp, Kirim ulang lewat email, and Batalkan undangan.
Open the Pemeriksaan (review) tab: the ID data is masked. Click Periksa KTP, write a reason (at least 10 letters), then Buka data KTP to see the real data and photos.
Decide: Setujui (approve; the Agent is marked Verified), Minta kirim ulang (ask for a resubmission; say what to fix), or Tolak (reject; the shop is deactivated for a year; give the reason).
Tips
- One link per candidate, valid for 24 hours, and void as soon as it is used. At most 10 links can wait at once.
- An old link cannot be shown again (the system keeps only its fingerprint). If it is lost or expired, choose Kirim ulang to create a new link; the old one stops working immediately.
- The Agent must be located in your distribution area: the regencies or cities approved by the Trigunung admin (shown in the Undang Agen menu, view only). An empty area means you cannot create invitations yet; contact the Trigunung team.
- At most 5 invitation emails per link and 30 per day; only the Partner shop owner can review the KTP.
- Every time you open ID data it is logged permanently (who, when, reason) and visible to the Satupack team. Photos can only be viewed for 60 minutes after the data is opened.
Common questions
How is this different from Akun Agen?
In Akun Agen you fill in the details and hold the Agent's login. With an invitation, the Agent signs up on their own account with their own details; you only check the ID. Both ways can be used together.
The candidate says the link is not valid.
The link may have expired (24 hours), been used by someone else, or been cancelled by you. The message is the same for every cause. Create or resend a new link.
